1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions, discount codes, sales, and competitions run by Bluey's Outdoors, both in-store and online at blueysoutdoors.com.au.
By participating in any promotion or using a discount code, you agree to these terms.
Bluey's Outdoors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Promotions are subject to availability and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Each code is valid for one use per customer unless otherwise specified.
Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or sale items unless explicitly stated.
Bluey's Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or deactivate any code that is misused, shared without authorisation, or obtained through unauthorised means.
Codes are valid for the period stated at the time of issue. Expired codes will not be honoured.

First-time customer discount code

A discount code is issued to new customers upon receipt of their first Bluey's Outdoors welcome email.
The code is valid for 3 months from the date the welcome email is sent, after which it will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated.
This code is for first-time purchases only and is limited to one use per customer.
The first-time customer code cannot be used in conjunction with sale or clearance items.
The code applies to full-priced items only, both in-store and online at blueysoutdoors.com.au.

Sale pricing applies to selected items only and is available while stocks last.
Bluey's Outdoors reserves the right to withdraw sale pricing at any time.
Sale items may not be eligible for use with discount codes unless explicitly stated.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Bluey's Outdoors will not price-match or apply sale pricing retrospectively to orders already placed.

Competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over unless otherwise stated.
Employees of Bluey's Outdoors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry instructions, prize details, and closing dates will be published with each individual competition.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
The winner will be selected at random or by judging criteria as outlined in the specific competition details, and notified via the contact details provided at entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Bluey's Outdoors reserves the right to redraw or forfeit the prize.
By entering a competition, participants consent to their name being published on Bluey's Outdoors social media channels in the event they win.
Competitions run on third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms.

Promotional pricing and discount codes are only valid on orders placed through blueysoutdoors.com.au unless stated otherwise.
Orders placed during public holidays or long weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
