Shipping policy

Bluey’s Outdoors Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $250 excluding large items or express delivery orders.

For orders under $250, we offer standard shipping for $15 and express shipping for $17.

For bulky or heavy items, we offer in-store pick up only, free of charge. Please contact us if you would like a quote on an alternative method of delivery for your heavy or bulky item.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivery estimated between 2-7 business days, depending on the method of transport and your location within Australia.

At this point in time, we do NOT accept international orders.

Please note the Free Shipping offer cannot be used in conjunction with any welcome discounts. 

Click & Collect

We offer a click & collect service in which your order will be ready within 4 hours. You will receive an email when you're order is ready for collection. Please refer to our trading hours to ensure we are open when you come to collect your order. We are closed every Sunday and public holidays unless advertised.
