For Sambar hunters, the hard work often starts after the shot. When you're deep in steep, rugged country and a long way from the road, getting a quartered animal out can be one of the toughest parts of the hunt. The Moroka.30 Quartermaster Meat Bag is designed to make that pack-out easier.
The Quartermaster uses a heavy-duty waist belt to transfer the weight from your shoulders onto your hips, helping distribute the load more comfortably during long carries. The bag is designed to accommodate a whole quarter vertically, with an adjustable leg strap attaching to the hock to keep the leg upright and secure the meat close to the hunter's body.
An upper compression strap helps streamline the load by securing excess material, while the high-visibility blaze orange provides an added safety feature during the carry out. Wide, heavy-duty PVC shoulder straps spread the remaining load across the shoulders, with an adjustable sternum strap keeping the harness secure and comfortable.
When you're hunting, the Quartermaster rolls down into a compact, lightweight package that can be stored in your day pack until it's needed. Once you've got an animal on the ground, simply deploy the bag, load your quarters and game meat, and you're ready for the pack-out.
