Built specifically for modern everyday carry, the Vortex Defender-CCW™Â is a compact micro red dot designed for fast target acquisition, dependable performance and maximum concealment.
Available with either a 3 MOA or 6 MOA daylight-bright red dot, it offers 10 brightness settings, including two night-vision compatible levels, making it easy to acquire the aiming point across changing lighting conditions. The Shield RMS footprint provides compatibility with a range of popular mounting systems, while unlimited eye relief and a parallax-free design help deliver rapid target acquisition.
Motion activation automatically powers the optic on when movement is detected, while the 10-minute auto-shutoff helps conserve battery life. A top-mounted CR1632 battery allows easy battery changes without removing the optic or re-zeroing. Built around a rugged 7075 aluminium single-piece chassis, the Defender-CCW™ features ShockShield™ technology to absorb impact, Fast-Rack™ texturing for slide manipulation, and waterproof, fogproof and shockproof construction.
