Directions for Use

1. Dissolve 10g of premix in 25ml of cold water for each kilogram of meat.
2. Add the mixture to your minced meat and mix thoroughly until the protein binds and the mixture becomes tacky.
3. Stuff into suitable casings.
4. Allow to cure and develop flavour as required.
5. Smoke and cook according to your preferred cabana recipe and food safety guidelines.
6. Chill before slicing and serving.
   

Recommended Meat

Traditionally used with pork or a pork and beef blend, although it can also be used with venison, wild game, or other meats.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening.
