The S/S Meat Processing Gambrel Hooks now have a thicker stainless steel, this gambrel can be used to hang lamb/goat/deer/cow/pig in a cool room or on rails. A gambrel hook or stick is a frame with hooks for suspending a carcass in a more spread out fashion.

- Made from sturdy 304 grade stainless steel
- 13mm Thick and 45cm in length
- Weight Capacity: Approximately 300kg
- Easy to clean; hygienic and corrosion proof
- No lubrication of the hook is required
- Closed hook design prevents hang hook from sliding down gambrel when lifting or when cleaning game
