These nocks are suitable for our range carbon arrows (4.2mm inner diameter) as well as the platinum plus aluminium shafts. The "small" or "large" groove depends on the thickness of the string. Typically a bow with a larger draw weight will usually use a thicker string and large nocks. However, for most target archers the small groove nocks are suitable.
