Moroka 30 Harvest & Hang Bag

The Harvest and Hang bag is a unique and innovative all-in-one solution to provide enhanced tenderness and flavour to your hard earned game meat from field care through to hanging and then ageing. Lightweight, durable and highly breathable, the bag features strong nylon binding, a fine drawstring closure with strong retention to block entry of flies, and two carry handles sewn into the side seam structure to ensure maximum strength and make handling an ease.

Across the inside top of the bag we have installed small webbing loops for meat hooks, so once your animal is dressed and broken down, these loops can be specifically used for hanging the prime cuts. The carry handles are ideally suited to suspending from steel tubes or rails inside a fridge or cool room to allow stable airflow around the meat and no spoiling due to the high breathability of the fabric.

The size is based on a Sambar quarter and is perfectly suited to hanging and ageing prime cuts such as backstraps, topside, silverside, rumps and rounds. The bag is easily cleaned and machine washable to provide long lasting service and features webbing loops for compatibility with our Custom Stalker external frame backpack system.
