Catch air in the bag until fully inflated, connect to the valve on the Sleeping Mat, then simply roll down the bag to inflate the mattress. It only takes a couple of bags worth of air to fully inflate a mattress, avoiding any moisture or condensation that would normally be caused by inflation with your lungs.
